As jy die dag van die beste was het jy net so reg as enige ander ryer, maak nie saak wie jy is nie, om bekendstelling te kry. Hoekom altyd net sekere ryers en haarself gemention word is nie regverdig. Die sport gaan nie net oor wie's wie nie.

Not another death!! When is this gonna stop. I can start riding in 2 weeks time again, but i'm not looking foward to it with all this going on week after week. Condolences to the family!
By downing a liter of fluid immediatly. Luckely i only gave the thing one bit and then it went down my throut. There was some where feelings from my stomac but ja, sh!t happens!
Seen this before. The person still went to ride on the wheel (normal LSD training). He did replace it before racing cause it broke even futher. I would say replace it before this weekends races or ride the races with a spare wheel before you get anymore damage to the wheel or bike.
I do about a km a day or try at least as it is the only thing i can do at the moment. If you have very flat breathing then swimming helps a lot, but like SwissVan said do different stuff. It helps the muscles more when you are in the off season.
The Tour after the Giro is cool. The international teams can stay behind from the Giro and take part in it. On the otherhand this tour is in the wrong time and the pro's is not interested. It is at the end off the season, so why would teams from overseas come here to participate for one tour! It was planned for last year as well but everyone said they don't wanne participate.
Friends don't let friends ride k@k. whats wrong with the Cosmos? they similar to the Open Pros Open Pros and Cosmos can't be compared. Open Pros is in its own class!! Like comparing my sh*t shimano wheels with Open Pros !!!
He's not just on to cyclists. Lately he made sh*t coments to a whole bunch of people like ou Steve Stofsuier. The guy just want some attention and that what's every one is giving him. Just ignore the guy.
