  1. If the Frame is wide enough at the back you can run 30 mm at the back. If the Frame is narrow you will get Mud Wearing out the Chainstays If the Frame is narrow then 30 mm in front and 20-25 mm at the back.
  2. Speak to Garmin, I believe it's a common Issue on FR235. https://forums.garmin.com/sports-fitness/running-multisport/f/forerunner-230-235/112735/cracked-screen-broken-glass-anybody#pifragment-480=2
  3. There must be a reason for this ? The Bike Shops Should be Adding Oil and Soaking the Foam Rings before Delivery of the Bicycle. This Fork Wasn't Bone Dry Either. (Just enough oil to Stop It Rusting)
  4. Rockshox Fork on New Bike Less than 50Km Done. Only 1 ml of oil in the Lowers Both Sides (Should be 6ml) Foam Rings were also dry. Damper Oil Height was to spec (80 to 85 mm to Crown). Everything Else Was Good.

  6. How Long is a Piece of String If you don't have a Good Eye or Wear Glasses.
  7. Thanks for that. We are not talking about smooth and swept . We are talking about having to port your bike through some sections of the yellow route. Got hold of them on FB and they gonna look at it.
  8. Best Time for Modders is Autumn and Winter up to Early Spring. During Summer the Yellow Route is always Overgrown and It's been the same for the last five years no mater who is receiving the cash. I had great Expectations for the New Kids on the Block but Nah, the Disappointment is still there. As for the Mud Well It is called Modders.
  9. Guess the Garden Service is on Leave (LOL)
  10. It's becoming difficult to buy on the Hub. People are asking too much for the goods and there is not much choice. Maybe it's a Covid thing...........
  11. Shimano Sells that Stuff as a product Check with LBS. Alternatively You can cut up a new gear cable. You will find that stuff in the Center of any gear cable.

  16. The Reserve is still open for Walking Picnik etc etc. MTB is closed for next 2 Weeks. A Man called Shaun is sorting out the Trails as We Speak.
  17. Someone Said it will open again on 20 March 2020

  19. Bike Hub Classified needs Comments Section
  20. I don't ride @ Modders until about late March/ early April , It's been the same story for the last 5 years. When the rain and the heat comes they just can't cope. Once they have a few races then it improves for the rest of the year. Maintenance cuts into the profits.
  21. The Sellers are asking too much for old bikes on the Hub. Usually they are trying to get rid of old outdated bikes to buy new current bikes. Components are usually well priced below (50%) or less.
  22. Everything has a design life. I had a case where the bike shop wanted to replace a steel cassette @ 1500 Km, along with fork seals an brake pads. All components were inspected and found to be OK.
