  1. too cute! my nephew is in need of a kiddies helmet - where would I able to get something similiar?
  2. I spent some time this morning on my rollers, doing similair to what Daemon said. 20km TT with 1 min sprint intervals thrown in there for fun must say I have a way smoother pedal stroke since starting to ride on rollers. Just one thing - if you decide to go the roller route - don't try and bunny hop off them.... it tends not to end that well
  3. The Fallout Babes: The Spa just before the two Heartrate climbs: With the ocean (somewhere) in the background
  4. Waiting to get to Tamika's Detour... 40 + mins Life is all uphill from here: Mtbing81, Young DR, and DR at the start of Day 3:
  5. My partner and I took disposable cameras along with us to take pics along the way. Here are a few. Me, just before the floating bridge My partner, Estelle, enjoying a doughnut at the first water point on Day 1: Fallout Babe and Fallen Boy. He is Roux_1, I think, on the Hub
  6. Was my first s2c and I enjoyed it immensely (except the last 30km on day 1 when I cramped... but who remembers things like that at the end of such an awesome race) A big thank you to Farmer Glen and his crew for making it possible for all of us to enjoy such an amazing part of our country. Now they tell that after doing s2c, I can't call myself a roadie anymore Wishing all those with injuries, a speedy recovery
