Of course it is possible. Just make sure you have a solid 10 weeks leading up! Try and do Midmar and Buffels 70.3 which is 7 days apart and I can almost guarantee you will finish. On the bike....... take boiled potatoes, Simba chips, biltong and gels. Try and eat something every 30 minutes.

Distances have been alligned to a full 70.3. Awesome race. If I didnt enter Abu Dhabi I would have gone back for sure in March

Well I have a MTB that needs upgrading and a TT bike so maybe the road bike can go for now. Interesting. I find them best value for money. Especially the entry level bikes................. Also have a Silverback MTB. I paid like R12k for that frame at Action Cycles in PE.

Did you know Coca Cola is still patent pending? The reason? If they actually patent it then the recipe needs to be revealed in order to ensure it is not copied. So they just keep pushing the patent process back. When it is pending it does not have to be revealed.

What is this frame worth? Its about 4 years old. Probably has around R3,000 km's on it. Only the frame..............
