  14. Jeroen say that Renay is the best fitter there is (after him of course) I had mine done over a year ago (not by them .... bridge does it as well)and best money ever spent. I think its time i go and have anew fitting done ........ Flexibility, riding style change so its just appropriate to have it checked and setup up again. Saddle height......... does seem high in the beginning but just trust it........ the legs will feel the difference (knees especially) Contact Number for Renay : 082 748 5120
  15. Ergo fit is well worth it. I had mine done more than a year ago at Bridge Cycles...... Like Splat said Jeroen is the main guy - Renay is one of the best ergo fit guys out there according to Jeroen. So iether one will do. Contact Number for Renay - 082 748 5120 - Renaygroustra@Yahoo.com
  16. looks Ausum.............. Love the gold chain ............. oh yes and the stripes.......... few gold out there minus there stripes way cooler than the black u originally had in mind ............
  17. Get another Polar It works. Unless you have the money get a Garmin As for the Sigma and Polar on the same bike. The 2 units will work together as far as speed and cadence is concerned. If the Sigma has a HR feature as well it will pick up the Polar HR Strap but the readings will be way off.
  18. Get a private mechanic. I got one recently. Charge the same as my LBS for a service but take it in for something small like a when i messed up my sons gears. He fixed it at no charge. He also checks the bike for anything else that is not right when he tests the bike and sorts that out to. He replaced my crank with a compact. While he was at it he sorted out my brakes as well. No charge again.
