I did my first bike fit not so long ago, only change was moving the saddle 1mm forward 😋 For people who do lots of hours without issues, I wouldn't recommend spending the money and making the time (it takes a while). If you do feel pain while riding then yes, let a professionnal have a look

Yeah I've got motogp, gcn+, worldsbk and expressVPN, but it's annoying, sometimes expressVPN lags or disconnects, some stages of TDF I ended up watching illegaly because I couldn't watch GCN because of the damn VPN. Luckily motogp and worldsbk don't require (yet) a VPN like F1 used to do when I tried watching for a while
