  1. yeah there's many more races to be won for him, not worth pushing through on a sick body
  2. I want to believe it's not yet a wrap for Roglic
  3. I don't know man, he said the previous stage his legs didn't feel great and he would like not be able to respond if someone (Rog) attacked. I think he was probably already sick then. Then his TT wasn't as dominant as we thought he'd be, and he looked more tired at the end than usual.
  4. And soon Van Rysel will be world tour, Decathlon is having a decent try at penetrating the high end bikes market… I personally didn’t even know they had pro mtb riders, unless it’s an other rockrider brand ?
  5. Interesting! Probably would’ve been quicker to stop and do it properly though
  6. ******* sraaaam 🤣
  7. I don't know haha somewhere between med and high 🤣
  8. Yeah, but very roughly I don't actually measure, I just check how the wax behave when I dip a spoon in and then try to rub it off, I picked it up from a video on youtube, where the guy was showing what kind of texture you're looking for, it must be just only enough that it doesn't just frekle
  9. What are you planning on using in the ultrasonic cleaner ? i find cleaning my chain between wax baths being a bit of a pain, boiled water mixes the wax but then doesn’t clean out of the tub I use, so I just end up using my carbs tubs when they’re empty. But it doesn’t really leave the chain clean afterwards
  10. I think I know someone who’s done around the pot on a scalpel and kept up with the gravel bikes (not easily). You’d lose time on a gravel bike everywhere it’s rocky and bumpy, because it just hurts your hands, shakes your brain, you lose bottles, etc etc onces it becomes a little bit too hectic. bikes : I would personally recommend the Siablo because it is very cost effective, but I haven’t tried any other bike and mine has so many upgrades it’s not really a cheapie anymore. I’m running a 1x with sram axs / 46x10:50. It’s perfect for daily workouts, rides and races. In fact it’s so good I do almost all my rides on it.
  11. I haven't tried the fancy ones, only the normal plugs, and most of the times wasn't very happy with it, could barely take me home. While I do still carry plugs I also carry those I only used them once, punctured 100km away from home, realised I had 0 sealant left init. Decided to try the patch and hope it would take me at least to the nearest shop for a top-up... It took me home without losing any pressure. I highly recommend it. I don't even know why I'm still carrying plugs as most attempts at pluging tyres I ended up wasting CO2 cartridges.. I don't believe in carrying tubes anymore when on a tubeless setup, because your tubeless tyres carry so many pieces of glass and metal in them. The only time I tried to put a tube in a punctured tyre, the tube never took any pressure, it must have punctured in many different places before it got a chance to inflate 🤣 NB : All the above only applies to road, not MTB where plugs and tubes work !
  12. none of them have beards, only gravel riders do
  13. Tell them we’re available 🙋‍♂️🙋‍♂️
  14. I read Doperland 😄
  15. Shouldn't be your problem that other idiots can't open their doors without slamming them in your car though. I chose to only have cars I don't give too much a f*** about rather than having to do that kind of d*ck strategies though. More money for bikes
  16. Please don’t 🤣 Last time (only time) I did a ramp test on an IDT it gave me a result 40w under what an outdoor 20mins test gives me, not nervous at all 🤣🤣
  17. gee, I've got mine in 8 days, now I understand why I have a recovery day the following day 🤣
  18. Hope you had a blast, I did the long route on my « modern gravel bike » and I must say… I was happy not to be on a steel vintage bike 🤣 I expected to hate myself for entering a 170km gravel race after 2 hours but must say I enjoyed every second of it, yes, even the hour+ section of headwind after Ouberg 😅 1st photo at the first stop after 1hr full gas in pitch dark, with a crapy light, up Ouberg. The rest was after the last stop, down ouberg into the clouds, rain and mud, but the perspective of cruising downhill to the finish made it almost enjoyable 🥰🥰
  19. Sugar water has two types of sugar?
  20. I occasionally use sugar water when I'm short on whatever liquid carbs solution I'm on at the time. It works well but yes, it's only one kind of carbs so don't expect to be able to process 120+g/h at high intensities. I personally usualy only use Cadence carbo fuel or Vigo exceed for racing, long rides and high intensity workouts, the rest of the time (z2/reco rides during the week) I just drink water...or not. And even then I go through a lot of it. But Golden Syrup eiish 🤢
  21. Sho that left leg
  22. Been using that on all three of my bikes for a year
  23. Squirt, as a last resort. Otherwise I just rewax frequently (easier to clean up when you haven't used any liquid topup)
  24. I have one, works fine, I can only do one chain at a time though
  25. The jacket, jersey and gilet are all size M and all fit me perfectly 🥰
