  1. This is with deep sections (I upgraded to SRAM since)
  2. I can agree here, I am very tempted to keep my deep sections on even when training, just look at the pics and see how naked she looks without those wheels....I felt a huge increase in speed and performance with my deep sections...and if you not faster, atleast you look awesome! Pic without deep sections (I know I upgraded groupset etc)
  3. Well if you cant attack with keep your pace...main thing is to keep the pace and whatever happens follow from there, but no point slacking down and attack and so on....I will be in Brothers Sport kit and will work together with whoever
  4. That is why I think she is really short, haha
  5. a Scott CR1 or something
  6. that bike is overkill or the lady is short.
  7. Same here, will be doing the race
  8. I am also entered, maybe we can get a few people together and actually work out a strategy to get proper racing happening? Just an idea....
  9. Height: 181cm Discipline: Road Bike type: Fondriest TF3 Cranklength: 175mm Front blade combination: 53/39 Cassette: 11-23T or 11-25T Discipline: MTB Bike type: Giant XTC 29" Cranklength: 175mm Front blade combination: 42-32-24T Cassette: 11-36
  10. are you SF du Toit? You went on the MTB tour to Knysna with JJ? I train ornings about 40-50km starting at around 5am and ride is about 1:30 if you keen?
  11. That hill is a biatch
  12. that should be perfect, I run 11-25 for race, but also use my 11-23 cassette for training, yo will also save cash by not needing to buy a new crank. When I had compact I ran 11-23 all the time as 11-25 was way to light.
  13. I had a Compact on my bike but when I upgraded to Force in December I chose 39/53....when we done the cobra route it was the first time I used the 39/53 on climbs....I was faster and climbed better, my advice don't go compact. Stay with your setup as Compact doesn't make you faster, you just spin more so you think you faster but you are actually not
  14. ah ok yea that makes sense, thnx!
  15. I didnt change anything, someone deleted it
  16. I think we must get some form of petition and send it to AA or whoever just to show that it actually will helps if the number plate falls off.
  17. Giant is awesome bikes, I always used Giant mtb's but I must admit that the Scott looks way nicer that the Anthem X2...however I stay a Giant fan
  18. Sad thing is that new cars the number plate get poprivited onto a aluminium plate that gets bolted on, so in future if there is a hit and run the numberplate will not fall of which sucks!
  19. Give that man a bells
  20. What frame, bar and seatpost? And what wheels?
