hey guys sorry, the ride will be a nice slow 35km, not the 50km that was done last year. and then a good breakie afterwards i was thinking of starting between 6/630 so we are done by 0800. then breakie. WW think that this year need to have some fresh legs for the SHOVA we probably have about 6-10ppl at the moment

all the ladies seem to start before the elite/u23 men as for the course, you start with fox hill(14km) and then have inchanga, drummond and a few bumps from hillcrest. the only thing about fox is that it is right at the start, it is not as bad as some make out but will get the heart pumping. if one can stick with their bunch up fox you should be able to stay with them till inchanga

elite men at 0615. will try and stick with them for a while
