k2c Times of prev years i suspect, though i dont trust their seeding systems my trianing partner and i finished most of our races within 5 mins of each other that were racetec timed and het got seeded group2.

Not sure about the other racetec races, but as far as I am aware, the three races that make up most of the seeding stats for the western cape is the knysna classic 85km, Die Burger 75km and your previous time for last years race. Had a technical last year that cost me loads of time, this year only did the knysna 50 as it was my GF's first race, and had to pull from die Burger due to illness, so i got me a nice crappy seeding in group 5 :
