The problem is that this is happening every day. People can't even look after themselves and then they want to own a dog and don't think of the consequences.

last year we rode just under 14 hours. Checked my Polar after the ride, we wasted 1hour and 30 minutes at the checkpoints With four guys in a group it's hard, but this year the checkpoints is going to be our main focus

Ja nee kyk, last year I only rode two 100km training rides and just a couple of short ones for preparation and still finished comfortably.

Nothing to be nervous about, I can't wait to do my 4th Baviaans. This race remains one of my favorites each year
