  1. Maybe go and look on fscycling.co.za
  2. Yo this is getting out of hand. Can't imagine having to fear for your life every time you decide to go for a ride.
  3. Whats the battery life like when using this app?
  4. Did you manage to enter? There's a great little Mexican restaurant that we go to every year since we started riding the Baviaans. Not planning to break the tradition but a braai sounds nice
  5. Lekker Garf! You and Mongoose ridding together or who is in your team? Now you guys must come and train with us! We will show you all the routes
  6. Any update on Emily Ian?
  7. Shame man, I had to put down my Husky about six months ago, it is the worst feeling in the world and you go through so much different emotions. 14 years was a good innings and I know words does not make it easier, but good luck
  8. Good luck. A couple of entries available for R300 and no interest
  9. Did it last year. It was tough as hell but the best ride of my life. Unfortunately I can not make it this year and my partner from last year just phoned me from Knysna and said they just registered
  10. What bothers me with this is why can't Fox see that their forks has a flaw and make a plan to resolve the issue? Surely you can't expect to buy a fork for 4-8k and then have to replace the seals?
  11. 1 or 2k, never. At least 3,5k
  12. Samsung S4. On a plane to Thailand
  13. Why not just rent a road bike? I'm sure someone in CT will be able to rent you one?
  14. Good luck IanJ. Hope Emily makes it through the pain and suffering.
  15. Hi Gary. Womans specific bikes are precisely what it states. Narrower handlebars, shorter stem, easier gears, woman specific seat and shorter cranks. But most woman fits perfectly onto any sized bike. The problem with woman specific bikes are that their aren't many of them and they are more expensive than normal bikes. If its pink, rather get something else...
  16. What a joke
  17. Did you pay for the shirts?
  18. My advice, try and take it apart yourself, if all else fails, take it to your LBS with all the parts and let them fix it Youtube will have a couple of vids on this, but if you do try and take it apart yourself, golden rule - Don't force anything open.
  19. I will never give up my spare tube again for a guy riding unprepared in a race. Like you said from now on I will always help if it does not cost me anything. It puts my own race at risk if I needed a tjoop or link etc. Last time I did give up my tube and the only bomb I had left, and the guy could not even wait for me after the race to say thank you or offer to replace it.
  20. +1, I sometimes wonder how the hell people can go and ride a 75km race without any spares? I understand the occasional newby getting a flat and don't know what to do. But I will always stop and ask if the guy/girl needs help
  21. Simple mense. Glad you got help! I always ride with a couple of plugs to seal sidewall cuts if I ride alone. It's mos Argus season, probably a couple of nobodys
  22. It should have a air tight liner on the rim to seal the spoke holes. And I'm not talking about the normal liner preventing your tubes to be punctured by your spokes

    Grey MTB Race

Well done. Could not make it, was working. Where can I get the results?
  24. What size are you looking at?
  25. The other day a guy was selling a full carbon Cannondale Flash 3 for 16k. It was just over 10kg and it had some cool upgrades as well. For 15k you can pick up a bargain. Just be patient
