  1. This weekend is going to be EPIC!! ๐Ÿฆพ
  2. How about trying an arm strap? should be a lot more comfortable.... https://easybike.co.za/products/wahoo-tickr-fit?variant=52873478963510&sfdr_ptcid=47320_617_750095749&sfdr_hash=cb134845bb99ee5552d521941854c58f&gad_source=1&gad_campaignid=887964861&gbraid=0AAAAADwJYes3K8Z5ZebPVvKmB5eZvmarS&gclid=CjwKCAiAncvMBhBEEiwA9GU_fuWQvY1DAB-NlTzIZHYViEOUcHCnLy954WB8oycxalo8CyysZE61WhoCLKIQAvD_BwE
  3. Look if you're in Cape Town, you'll be doing yourself a huge favour to stop by Stoke Suspension Works. Drew is fantastic with that sort of thing!
  4. I've done a number of events by @HubArch and every single one has been a blast! Fun bunch and great organisation! Thanks Archie ๐Ÿ˜Ž
  5. Curious to see what the have planned! Beautiful part of the word - could be in for some good fun ๐Ÿ˜
  6. Dr Peter O'Farrell is an upper limb specialist. Does more sports-related stuff, but perhaps a good place to start!
  7. https://www.facebook.com/share/p/1C2wYwFrdT/ Have a look at this - WPS' (Worcester Primary School) Equipe team ended up with a stranded solo rider and it turned into a '6th' team member. One of the better stories this week ๐Ÿ˜›
  8. I have the Altura as well. They are definitely not as comfortable as my Corsa 2.0 bibs, so I use the Altura for shorter rides and the Corsa for long days. If the Altura fits well, perhaps give the Corsa a go?
  9. Probably the short of it. And that it's specced as OEM on many bikes. I ride it on the back - good rolling resistance and pretty robust. The aspen is definitely lighter, but I suspect much less robust an perhaps more puncture prone as well. Decent tyre.
  10. Mainly ordered from easygis.co.za, but it all reverts to the same page/company. Service and prices have been excellent.
  11. Quite a bold statement... But I will confess: I run CSixx on both my MTB and Gravel Bike. Great product and awesome service every time!
  12. You can always go the Shimano GRX route. Theyโ€™re readily available in 172.5. Csixx have GRX specific chainrings, but it will obviously be an extrs.
  13. Great day out! Hats off to Archie and the team from The Dirty South!
  14. In case anyone is keen: they've added a size guide to the gallery on the online store. C
