    You can also try finding yourself a PowerTap Joule GPS bicycle computer, these were manufactured by the same company who made the IC so would have the ability to read the proprietary ANT connection. Finally, you can try the legacy version of TrainerRoad on a PC, they - to my understanding, have the ability to read the IC300

    Nope the IC300 is not ANT+, it is ANT a proprietary version of ANT+ which most softwares stopped supporting some 2-3 years back.

    Have you tried to contact Selfloops in Italy? They were granted a licence from CycleOps to be able to read the IC300 and the proprietary ANT connection. This would be via an app they developed compatible with select Android tablets

    Thanks for reaching out to Bicycle Power Trading! You're welcome to contact us for any assistance you may need. Depending on the age of your unit, it may require a new belt and pulley wheel. Not to worry though, as we currently have these units in stock. Alternatively, you're welcome to purchase these service items online via bicyclepower.co.za and do the replacement yourself. What's great is that the belt ships with all the tools needed to open the non-drive side cover. So, you'll have everything you need to get the job done.     Please reach out to us tomorrow - Bicycle Power Trading 0787086908 as I believe the Saris Bones 3 EX which has been designed with rear spoiler concerns in mind. The dogs leg and strap management system may work but we will need to know the year and exact model.

    Have a look at our range of Saris Bones bike racks, they available through top retailers or Sportsman’s Warehouse, both the Bones 2 or Bones 3 EX will work. Depending on the size of the rear spoiler it may be suggested to look at the Bones 3 EX with extra support of rear spoilers.

    Hi as i explained on the phone, the CycleOps Phantom 5 has been discontinued (has been for a number of years now) as have all associated spare / replacement parts. We are out of stock with no further abilities to restock due to the above mentioned - product and support parts have been discontinued from the original supplier.     This is correct, you can set the trainer to a target power or target grade and the trainer will control the resistance via Rouvy or TrainerRoad.

    IC 400 is a 2.4Ghz wireless network i.e. ANT not ANT+ so this means it will not work with your Garmin as a power meter. The new Phantom 5 is ANT+ so will work with your Garmin as a power meter it is also BLE compatible and will work with Rouvy and TrainerRoad but will not work with Zwift.

Please can you drop us a PM with your e-mail and i will e-mail you the usual manual. Clearly seems that the internet is not on our side.

    The older PowerTap G3 hubs with ANT+ only PowerCaps will need to be plugged in to a PC and updated via PowerAgent. Milky4130 has done a great job in sharing the video. If you struggling to come right please try a different USB cable or different USB port.     We offer the 20 / 24" wheel adapters and a locking cable can be purchased, considering the saving of the bike rack the additional R600 for a locking cable really does not seem to break the bank.
