You don't need maps in Garmin CPU because you won't have time to read map while you are riding...... When you download on PC and it will show google maps on PC.

I admire Lance and he is always there to help. There are very few guys like him around Cape Town because other shops just send the bike to "monkey" mechanics at the "backyard". They break my parts or don't correct my problem or put wrong way round...

I wonder why don't we have a car boot sale for cycling or sport stuff only. If anybody who wants to sell cycling clothes, shoes, accessories, bicycles or bicycle rack, can meet one place once a month to avoid trouble going long way for one thing... What do you think?

In all years back, I learnt my mistakes! It is cheaper to replace all spokes than one by one. I believe that if you break the spoke twice, replace all the spokes. If it still break it, replace rim or hub...

I agree with you and I had same problem: I notice that 29er are the main problem in SA and the suppliers don't make enough 29er..

I think 2 x 10 speed is for fit person or they never use granny gears. The unfit person might struggle without granny gears..

I agree with Lukep. See George and Evans using carbon wheels, why? If it breaks, they are out. Rather use aluminium wheels because they are more unlucky to break. Remember Evans' partner last year broke the carbon wheel??? He had to run to finish...
