Discovery need to make a decission. Are they riding for top places in the tour or are they riding to win!!! Leipheimer needs to sacrifice his 4th position in order to try force chicken to chase and hope that Contador can benifit from the efforts chicken will have to make. If they dont!!!...........Chicken wins the tour!!!!!..which at the moment looks like he deserves it!!

Its true !!! after a hard workout on rollers It looks like I jumped in the pool ........with my bike!! For me If there not a pool of sweat around me after a good rollers workout ......then I didn't ride hard enough "But On Da adda hand Darren!" I do feel drained the next day .

The Kremetart could not have been such a small race as some try make it out to be!! Andrew had nothing BUT nice things to say about TCS!! And when have we ever seen local race coverage taken from a Helicopter!!! I even spotted Jason on the front a few times!!!! Well Done Guys!!! Any team would have grabbed that sort of coverage with open arms!!!!
