Masters and Ladies is an awesome club to belong to and you really do get allot for your money. I belong to both Masters and Ladies and NMMU cycling club. Cool thing about NMMU is they offer a backup vehicle and to enter races like the winter league for instance they pay your entry fee if they enter the team. So the best of both worlds....

Well I received lousy service from ASG and Lizle. I ordered a Pinna DOGMA explained I could not afford to pay and still have not received it All jokes aside I ordered a pair of Sidi Ergo's late on Tuesday and received it the very next day thanks ASG!

She's looking hawt get it built up already I'm sure the missus won't miss a couple more euro's out of the account

I think it's only fair to remember when Cajees buy a bike from a supplier or import from overseas the bike comes in a box and the dealer(Cajees) is the ones who build it up. So I do not think you can lay blame at GIANTS door?

I don't normally find it necessary to praise a company when it comes to service as I feel this should be a given if they want to promote their image to the everyday public and keep them coming back to buy more of their product. I must however say that I was really impressed when I sent Jade at coolheat an email regarding my left Dura Ace 7900 STI that has been driving me crazy with the internals of the shifter rattling on every type of road surface. I have done everything in my power to find the cause of this annoyance ,but after reading on the net of other people around the globe having the same problem I decided to enquire from coolheat if this was a known problem to Shimano. I sent the email yesterday. This morning I received an email from Jade stating that the replacement STI has already be sent via courier and that it should be at my lbs on Friday. Now to me this is the way companies should respond to customer complaints and will let me think really hard when considering ordering something online again. Not that I would not ever buy from a store like chainreaction cycles again as I know they honour their warranties ,but if I think of the time I would have had to wait to get the shifter replaced I probably would just have left it. So thanks coolheat and here's hoping the replacement does not have the same problem

When I was run over by a car and broke my ribs in eleven places ,punctured a lung etc etc I really thought I would not get on a bike again. While in hospital and looking at my X-Rays etc I told myself if I could come out of this walking and more or less the same person physically as before I would really not mind ever riding again. The ten days in hospital really gave me time to think about the more important things in life like family etc. Then I thought I will really miss cycling and today I am riding stronger than before and really glad that I did not quit the sport I love so much.

I'm also struggling to load pages since yesterday.

Another vote for Chris juniors online site. I have bought many times with cwcycles and I'm yet to be dissapointed by them. Almost always cheaper than any of the lbs here in PE and I have had zero problems when having to return stuff for replacement. Pleasure dealing with them keep the high level of service up!
