Their customers service is incredible, friendly and very helpful. I had an issue with my heart rate strap it stopped picking up my heard rate and when I wanted to replace the battery the connection came off with it. Contacted Adam Taylor and just asked about the best possible way to resolve the issue, he informed me to send the faulty strap back and they replace it with a brand new one. Thank you Adam for the assistance in resolving the matter with such professionalism and ease.

I bought a second hand carbon bike more than a year ago and i haven't had a days worth of trouble with it. Ok i don't have the manufactures guarantee but i do have insurance for the bike. I will a second hand bike again and again and again. there is nothing wrong with it.
