  10. We never ever had a problem with loadshedding with our Fibre/isp. I know that RAIN in our little dorpie is not working. Must be an ISP issue.
  11. Yes I also bought the one that is going for R550. After a 4hr loadshedding time still on 100% charged. Much better that a normal UPS. Have not tested to see how long a charge will last.
  12. Maybe you can use this and modify the other end with a clamp on the rails? https://www.rookiesports.co.za/product/fluir-pro-wall-mount-bicycle-repair-arm-extendable-and-foldable/

  18. 1. I use this: Rookiesports: Fluir Elite 1000lm light. (but out of stock) 2. MTB squirt. RB: Oil based 3. I use paraffin for drivetrain cleaning and sunlight dish with a brush(the ones for shoes as it is nice an soft) and rag for wheels and frame 4. paraffin and sunlight dish 5. I bought Ryder Pump Digital Floor 3.0. Helps a lot with the MTB to get correct inflation. The rest I got as I go along with playing bike mechanic not necessary in the beginning. on the bike RB: tube, bomb, tyre levers MTB: 2xbombs, plugs and tool, multitool (for short rides)
  19. My first W2W. Or first MTB tour, quite looking forward to it. Hope my setup is correct
  20. I did 3 wheels this weekend. 2 with new tape, 25mm, after putting on tape and valve with a just small enough hole for the valve to go through. fastened valve. poured sealant. then used soapy water that I sprayed along the bead of the tyre. 2 wheels popped with the normal pump, one was leaking so bad you saw bubbles everywhere. took it to the garage and pumped with compressor and wheel popped 3 times and was on. The soapy water will also indicate if the valve is on correctly. The rim take was only in the middle of the wheels and not near the edges. Hope this helped
  21. https://bikehub.co.za/classifieds/item/hardtail-mountain-bikes/586615/merida-matts-lite-3000-large-full-xt#fullscreen This looks like a decent cheapie. you wont need to do any upgrades and you will enjoy your riding.
  22. it will be mounted on the rafters/beams.
  23. The tandem stands parked for a couple of years and starts to bug me. Just want it below the ceiling so that some of the other bikes that is not in use can stand below it. I want to tandeming the bikes on top of each other.🙈
