  7. I got myself Arnette glasses 2 years ago, just added silicon on the temples and still is very much happy with them, comfy, don't slid of, on MTB and Road rides never have to adjust them. I could choose any lenses depending on my budget but went with clear. previous ones were photochromatic., I wanted to go the Oakley route but the Arnette's were so much more comfy. https://www.otticasm.com/en/eyeglasses-arnette-knosh-an-7159-01.html
  8. Okay so I went the cheap route on my "new" MTB. I purchased stone chip a while back that is used on cars. It comes in rolls, think I paid then +-R250 p/meter. Measured the areas I wanted to apply (not all of the bike) cut out said pieces and tested before applying. Made sure area was super clean and just applied, where corners and bumps and difficult areas was present I used a razor blade to trim correctly. So far it is holding up nicely but only on for 3 rides. It is not a quick job but you save a lot. Still have plenty left for other bikes or areas as I go on.
  9. New Focus Raven. first race done.

  11. What I do and this kindawork for me. We train @ 5 in the mornings winter and summer 3 times a week. So I try to eat healthy where we can with fruit and veggies and keep carbs low. Have not been sick and usually energy levels is okay. I don't have problems with sleeping, when head hits pillow I am gone. And yes I drink a lot of coffee. Ciplaton Multivitamin 1 a day 2-3 magnesium tablets daily as I are prone to cramping 1 iron tablet 2-3 times a week. due to side effects of constipation.

  13. I am riding a Giant for the past 5 years (newer model_ and only have good experience with them, Bought damaged frame and repaired and still riding it. Sizing is right. I'm 178 and ride a 56. . I think you will need to replace the chain and cassette as mentioned earlier and that will set you back +- R1100. So negotiate them. Good Luck
