This is terrible. I'm trying to think of what the logical reason is for attacks on cyclists - are bikes stolen/hi-jacked for the takers' own use, probly because public transport gets too expensive as result of increasing fuel prices. Or are the bikes being sold for spares or as a whole for cash to satisfy financial needs, or is there some other bizarre reason!? Hope the emotional and physical scars heal quickly Ronaldo.

Can anyone suggest a relatively flat route from Pta east. My g/f and her friend want to get back on the bike and suggested we do a not-too-difficult ride tomorrow morning. Approx 2 hours or so. Any suggestions, please?

Another Hubber to the rescue!!

I frequently go spinning in the mornings, and I think it helps. Last week, however I went to a spinning class in the afternoon, we had a clown / stand-up-comedian wannabe, for an instructor, he even told me when I'm allowed to drink water and when not. That wasn't so nice. BUT On Monday and Friday mornings we have the best spinning instructor in SA..!

Very nice, but I still can't get used to those front forks.. Or is it even a fork? What is correct terminology? Cummon help me.
