If it is an 8 spd body you will be able to fit a 9 spd cassette. Similarily you can fit a 10 spd cassette on a 9 spd body, but you can't fit a 10 spd cassette on an 8 spd body.

Maybe the ones that stay behind in GP can have our own ride on the 8th and then the hub ride on another date?

I know it's a bit late, but I'm asleep behind my desk. Is this an MTB or road ride?

Cut a shim out of a coke/fanta/beer.......tin and put it around your seatpost and tighten. You won't ever have problems again.

I have a set of easton EA90 Earo's and have no hassles with them. Eastons are good bang for the buck, no matter which set you are buying.

BigH I'm glad that you and EM survived this little incident. It could easily have been far worse than just a seized wheel. Didn't you know that bearings also have a weight limit life expectancy?

First try them on your back lawn or in the local park. Then do some road work and get used to stopping at stop streets etc and then move to offroad when you are comfortable

What pedals do you ride with? I have Shimano Ultegra SPD-R's and when my cleats starting wearing out I get a ticking noise from the cleats.

Just below that they say the email types that are supported are Nokia Intellisync wireless email, POP3, IMAP and SMTP What I would like to know is if I can access my gmail and send and receive email from the gmail site like with the iphone, X1 etc...

My E71 on it's way from my boss in Dubai - just awaiting that DHL package ....... I hope it is not going to be network locked like my brother's phone. To my knowledge (I stand to be corrected) it is illegal for Network Providers to network block cellphones. It used to be like that a few years ago but was stopped. My brother has come over from Aus with his phone and can't use a simcard from our local service provider. I think that law is only in SA.
