This is our first year on vitality. How does it work at the end of the year wrt the vitality status. Do you start again each year at the lowest level or do you stay on the level you end the year on. I'm on silver and should be on gold by the end of the year
I've never wanted to do a bike build but I'm really liking all the pics and I think I'm going to start something. Have no idea what I'm in for or what this will cost but I'm keen.
so did my first swim with the suunto Spartan trainer this morning. Did a fairly average 3km without pushing hard. Managed to get an average hr above 70% and got my 300 vitality points. The HR graphs suggests it picked up a hr the entire swim which is good to know
Thanks. haven't tried it yet but the watched is supposed to record in the water. It has the wrist HR but will get the strap if it doesn't work properly. My expectation is that sometimes it'll not pick the hr correctly and it'll be just a gym visit.
I don't feel like reading from the start so a quick question. If I visit the gym and use a sports watch to track my swim what points will I get if I do a 60 min swim session with an avg hr above the 70% threshold 1 - will I get my 100 points only for the gym visit 2 - or will I get the 300 point for 60min above 70% I know I will get a gym visit against my name to count towards the rolling 36 visits I have to do
