  1. i got 30 and 25 points this week. That's two free coffees after my gyms visits, pretty happy with that.
  2. i would skip it and get the injuries sorted and slowly build up to a marathon early next year maybe
  3. i get my weekly targets and I get my full monthly gym fees back plus a coffee a week so vitality is worth it for me
  4. you earn individual points but your status is as a couple. I don't know if the number of points you have to get will increase. What do you have to get currently for gold or diamond status? My familly has to get 90000 points for 3 years for diamond status.
  5. I cannot confirm personally that this works but a friend has proven it works This friend had to run hard for a few minutes to get an average HR of close to 180 and then at the end of 30min the average was done to just above 70%
  6. i've got 2 card in my digital cards section and they aren't greyed out. Expiry date only in the future. But when I tried to use them they weren't valid, any idea why. The one that expired yesterday is greyed out
  7. I'll have to put a piece are paper between my watch and my wrist to stop picking up the hr portion.
  8. i sync to the movescount app online and I can edit. I can't edit on the phone app but if I go online i can.
  9. completely understand why. I thought I wasn't changing anything that would actually affect my points so it wouldn't be a problem. Oh well. will have to do another 30 min session sometime this week
  10. i think it's because I edited the move that it's not giving me the points.
  11. so I did a gym swim over the week end and I didn't realise until I started swimming that the pool was a 20m pool and not 25m. So I did my session and adjusted accordingly to still do a swim just over an hour. When I syncronised to movescount I edited the distance down to the correct distance I actually did. The time was still over an hour and my heart rate average was still over 70%. But I see it's not giving me the normal 300 points towards my weekly goal. Is it because I edited the distance perhaps?
  12. got a nice surprise this morning. Had a look at my digital cards in the app an dI have 3 veda e vouchers I didn't know about. Plus my normal points. Please surprise.

  14. the suunto spartan isn't great with open water gps tracking but a colleague of mine uses it for running and has no problems at all tracking his runs

  18. don't buy tomtom as they are out of the country end of this year. Look on daily deals and takealot as they often have specials on suunto
  19. in sa someone would burn the tree because it wasn't the fruit he liked or wasn't close enough to his house
