Needs to be able to regulate the volume of "steak" they consume

it is fairly boring. But I've got my long term goal in mind so it helps me keep going

did my first unbroken 5km pool swim this morning and felt great. Planning to do the 3km ocean swim at Clifton on Sunday and the 1.6km swim at bigbay next wednesday
