My SS cogs cost R45 each from CRC. My chainring was R350.......

I have the SS version rear hub and the end caps are very tight, tried pulling them off before but couldn't budge them. Any advice? Can I leave the bolts in or should I take them out? (tried both before, no movement) I don't want to risk damaging them....

Loud hubs save lives. (pedestrians lives, that is cos they skrik when I coast up to them and they jump outta the way!)

My hope hub has become very loud lately, I guess the lube in the freewheel has dried out a bit. I am going to try and lightly oil mine soon and see what effect it has. I have learned to love the sound and anything quieter sounds weird to me now.

Can anyone assist with a 26er mtb fork that can take v-brakes?

I have a Nobby Nics F & R. It's a bit slow at the back but great traction. For me an ideal combo would be Nobby Nic front, Rocket Ron back. I had a RRalph on the back and it was ok until wear exceeded 50%, then it slipped and slid all over the place.

Love my Inbred. So much of fun. Comfy ride, weight's ok, quality's good, value's amazing. Builds up nice as a budget beater or pimpin ride.

Insulation tape has worked for me.

Like I said, not perfect. If someone was paying me to do this, you'd not see anything wrong....Photoshop's my b1tch.
