  1. The ultimate challenge on the Hub should be a thread, doesn't really matter the topic, and the challenge is to see how long everyone can get along before things get heated.
  2. Personally I would have suggested drunk Russians.
  3. Doesn't make any difference how innocent the lady's mistake was, or how many of us made illegal U-turns, ran stop streets etc. Sure, spur of the moment oversight, sun in her eyes, whatever. She drove off after almost killing someone, leaving a number. That overwrites and null-n-voids whatever lapse of concentration she might have had.
  4. If I had a lekker big 4x4 with bullbars, I'd literally push him off the road and ideally rip one of his wheels off. Other road users won't say anything apart from applauding.
  5. This morning there was a taxi that couldn't give a single f*kc about behaving like a human being when driving. He would just pull out of a stream of cars that he judged as being too slow for him, overtake 10 cars and then just swerve back into the stream, cutting people off left and right.
  6. Sure is. Why'd you mention it?
  7. I am pretty sure that 6 out of every 7 days, Burry's death doesn't cause a blip on his radar.
  8. Son of Allan Wolhuter?
  9. Hope they donnered him properly before handing him over to the cops.
  10. Exactly what I've been saying all along. To boost sales, its much harder to get new people to join the sport than what it is to tell people already in the sport that their equipment is obsolete and they need this or that new bike.
  11. Lots of BS in this article, playing 29er up as the devil and 26'er as the thing its improving on. "• 27.5 wheels roll over obstacles with much more control than 26. That translates into more efficient cornering, acceleration and braking capabilities." .....Um, and a 29er actually rolls over stuff better than a 27.5er. But they don't mention that unfortunate bit of info. "The larger the diameter of a wheel, the greater the contact patch of the tire. A larger contact patch results in better traction—which improves acceleration, deceleration and cornering. 27.5 wheels provide a contact patch that is similar to 29-inch wheels." If a bigger wheel gives a bigger contact patch, how can 27.5 and 29er be "similar". Half truths, all over the place. And all marketing hype to convince you that even though you might already own a 26er and a 29er, you are an idiot and MUST own a 27.5er which is the holy grail. It won't be 2 years before some marketing knob dreams up a "28.25er" which will then make anything prior to it absolutely useless according to them.
  12. Get drunk, or wear Bulls kit when they go shopping with their wives in Ackermans?
  13. Those say to me "look at me, please, no really please. I need attention badly."
  14. Say that to a few thousand (drunk) Bulls fans.
  15. So what if he did?
  16. Pics or it never happened.
  17. Forget the video. Just do us a Harlem Shake. Thats all.
  18. Who still uses the 26 point system? I thought everyone was using the 29 point system these days. Coat. Door.
  19. Was it the Spez shop in PE that gave grief?
  20. Sun broke through. Cooking. We are just after hairpin 11.
  21. No need. Just about every road in france has a dedicated bike lane with "1.5m gap" signs. Bliss. Why SA motorists say it wont work I dont know. Cyclists come first here.
  22. 7 caps so far. Keyrings... And even TdF condoms.
