Ja ek gebruik die Cyclingpeaks WKO+ sagteware. Ek ry met n Ergomo op my padfiets. Die Cyclingpeaks sagteware is baie goed, baie beter as Polar. Jy kan dit vir 10 dae of so iets gratis gebruik. Defnitief die moeite werd. Ek trek al die inligting van my Ergomo af, dit is baie akurater as die Tacx. Daar is altyd n verskil tussen my Ergomo en Tacx power output. Sonder enige verstelling op die Tacx het hy altyd so 40 Watt minder as die Ergomo gewys. Dit maak dat jy nie hard genoeg oefen as jy Catalyst gebruik nie. Het dit nou min of meer uitgegesort deur die Tacx sagteware the verstel.

Ventoux is RLV. Ek het n program gekry op Trainingpeaks.com. Dit kos n paar rand maar ten minste weet jy dan dit wat jy doen maak sin. Hulle het baie ander inligting ook.

Ek het n I-Magic met die Fortius sagteware. Ry hom seker al vir 3-4 jaar. Die beste deel is die Catalyst sagteware. Ek bou al my power sessies daarin en dan chop ek af vir n uur elke oggend. Die VR deel is nice as mens te lui is om buite te gaan ry of as dit te koud is. Het Saterdag oggend Ventoux gedoen, lekker lang egalige klim.
