  2. I'm confused. How do you OUTGROW a pair of lycra bib shorts if you are over the age of 16 ??? Or is that the excuse you gave Parliment?
  3. Too late mate. The OP was in a hurry. We told him RUSH SPORTS.
  4. Rush Sports - Tel: +27 33 346 2300 Andre or Kerri. Have most of the sizes of bearings. EDIT: And they are cheaper than BMG

  10. What he asked !
  11. Blue route start is marked on the map at the trail center. We go up, onto the dirt road left to tar, up the tar to the start of Gravity 'Gravity' is the Gravity Dice route that starts from the tar road and runs all the way down to the Shaya Moya trail. (But you know that!1?) We do half way to the new Bizhub trail through the grassland (on right before the drop-off at the dam) Named now, but I have forgotten. This trail pops out halfway down Gravity. After the culvert jump, straight over the RH berm and left takes you onto the Bizhub trail up to Shaya Moya (The waterfall). Then we go counterflow down SM to the river, over, up the two strip tarmac to the dirt road and under the N3 and up to the "hut". This is "Gaya", as in Gaya Sanctuary. Then down and into the top of Three Bridges, counterflow again . All the way to the bottom, back up the road to the 'chain gate' down the two track tar to "The Quarry" trail that runs all the way back down to the bottom and pops out at the Bio-Diesel plant. Some of these names are our own. We know what we mean. Don,t do the trails after 06h30, otherwise you get to see approaching you.
  12. Well done. Now go for 65...
  13. Let it bite Slow, let it bite.....it's called karma.
  14. Yeah. On Google My Tracks. Being somewhat tech challenged however, you will have to tell me how to get it to you!! I put a screengrab on that Endomondo thread, but that will only help if you have photographic memory.
  15. Avg 16.8 Blue route > gravity > grassland > bizhub > shaya-moya > up to gaya and down and through 3 bridges (yes I know! But we do it early.. ) Sweet run  EDIT: Or use Google My Tracks. Also gives you point avgs.
  16. Strange...I have never caught my rear view mirror 'giggling' at me! Maybe it just knows I will slap it.
  17. Phone Charmaine/Gary. 0832309091 There are many trails around the Spioenkop dam area used during Berg & Bush. There are guides out that way who will take you on trail. Not sure of the cost (varies), but the trails are awesome. Charmaine should be able to advise.
  18. A. You are right B. C. It's the SAME DAMN PHONE.
  19. Ah! THAT I did not notice. But then that is not my job. Commuting 50km in 3hrs, it was either a very long hill, or his boss is going to fire him for being late.
  20. On or off road?
  21. RIGHT. Endomondo sucks. GOOGLE MY TRACKS. You can set: marker frequency Times between point Distance between points Distance between tracks GPS accuracy And it is ALL for free, no "Buy the Pro version NOW for .89c BS! As can be seen from the Endomondo clip, overlying tracks DON'T, Switchbacks and twisty trail is lost and replaced with a straight line. (This is eg 1 of 4!- all as bad)) Google My Tracks follows all the twisty bits. Where trail is gone over twice it is almost on the button. (This is eg 1 0f 1, winner first time!) Dropped a few small areas with GMTracks, but then the area is far more forested, than the area ridden on Endo. Endomondo = ENDED Google My Tracks =  Just ensure you set SHARING settings ON, go to Google My Maps, and view. If you don't, it won't even share with you.
  22. Dude! ...made you faster. ...made you go faster. There is a difference.
  23. Hmmm. I would say -" Which Bike should I choose?" Ping Admin: Nice. There is a category missing... Most controversial topic for 2011
