  1. Helderberg and jonkers in stellies. I have always wanted to visit crazy daves bike park, but I have been to GRTP before the fire and enjoyed it immensly.
  2. If that is the ad, then the pricing is off. My friend bought an extremely nice Merida 120 or 140 with a dropper post, brand new tyres, spare grips, suspension recently serviced etc for 25k.
  3. I think it only works where you block sommeone and then you dont see their posts. Maybe a change of username.

  6. LOL, I would of gone back home or to a store and bought a new pants or shirt.
  7. I wanted to do this and even asked the op how he got to his price. He didnt answer though. I was guessing even without seeing it would be around the 20k mark. Op said a few k below his asking price!🤷‍♂️ whatever that means. Now he sold it, so well done! Low ball offers will always come first, sometimes if you hold out long enough you will get a price you more happy with.
  8. some stores take at best a month and others on avg 3 months for your goods to arrive with the post office. Buy with a tracking number and use parcelsapp.com to see where and when.
  9. How did you come about your price?
  10. Just because similar bikes are selling for more, doesnt mean your price is right. I am sorry I am not gonna look at the classifieds to see your ad. Components, overall condition, service history all play a part in asking price. I no longer do hub classifieds because of the daily repeat of ads. I have resorted to rather just pay more at a store for my sanity.
  11. Nope, nothing to do with the launch. I asked about a very specific part of a trail to which I was told it is possible. Something like 3 or 4 years ago.
  12. I was quite surprised to see that in that newsletter. I have an email somewhere from a couple of years back, when I was a member asking if this was allowed. I was told it is allowed and, wait I need to find the email.
  13. I must have seen you there at some point. I love that place especially in those very hot days when all one wants is to just send it a bit instead of a long slog to the top of a hill.
  14. There is a simple solution to holding berms together. Either turn it into a bermed rock garden or use those concrete erosion blocks. or some compacted stone
  15. Well, I kinda know Patrick, due to someone else I know who is good friends with him. To me Pat comes across as quite a chill person. I have heard already how he whispers his rants when he sees people do to berms what he does not like. "oh thats not good!!" So yes it is probably how he vents!! I take the newsletter with a pinch of salt anyway. Also, I can understand from his point, he and his team put in hours hand building those trails. Anyone who has done similar, believe me it aint easy at all. Mixing cement is childs play. So how would one feel when you do something with passion and someone else comes along and well lets say tears at your strings?
  16. used the link above I received a follow up asking if it was the main road or myciti route.
  17. I have just seen that ad.... "what is a PK? "express delivery from Polokwane to kakamas"
  18. Thats probably how my head feels right now. Full blown migraine!!!!!!
  19. Oh and I think this time of the year the thorns start popping up on tygerber.
  20. You better off exploring those trails and saving fuel driving to Tygerberg in any case. Add Gspot, eden and Mont Maree in the mix You not missing much at tygerberg to me it is only hoogekraal and contermans.
  21. ad on here as well https://eservices1.capetown.gov.za/coct/wapl/zsreq_app/index.html as many people as possible
  22. def too small. A bike is still way too far out of the equation. I am busy with a sports car at the moment and lots of house projects.
  23. Same, and after the end the ride, I select which bike I used as I want to keep track of mileage on the parts of said bike. I think that only works if you ad all the parts to the bike list
  24. Nice!!! I am wanting one so badly. This is my choice over an ebike
  25. I think the only way strava will get around that is if they ad a questionnaire that asks if you have an ebike, cx, mtb, roadie, especially when signing up. I suppose with an update that can also be done. Can ad wheel size also! Then it can automatically ad you to ebike category.
