  1. I am a big conti fan, but you will have better luck buying from overseas. Bike24, bikediscount should have. Otherwise locally have a look at the wtb trailboss. It is sort of a mix between the xking and mountain king. Dont underestimate those knobs, the grip they give is just awesome.
  2. Agreed, it is just more than awesome on the trails!!
  3. And when you need to whatsapp a new contact? you have to ad said contact ad then they still get to see your pics. Whatsapp is the most unsecure patform around, anyone with access to your number has access.
  4. Could it be this? https://www.4x4community.co.za/forum/showthread.php/352108-Tyre-Sidewall-Repair-With-Super-Glue?p=4825583#post4825583
  5. Pitch up with some friends and put it back or next to where it was taken out.
  6. 3.4. Safety effect of the bicycle jacket Table 5 shows the safety effect of the bicycle jacket. Overall, the bicycle jacket reduced the number of multiparty PIAs by 47% (ARR-1.00 = 0.53–1.00 = −0.47) (Table 5). For motorised counterparts, the safety effect was 55%. The safety effect was higher in winter (56%) than in summer (39%), higher in daylight (51%) than for the overall effect (47%), and higher for participants with high jacket use (60%) than for those with low use (33%) (Table 5). When corrected for response bias, the effects were reduced (Table 6). For instance, the effect on multiparty PIAs was reduced from 47% to 38%.
  7. nudging @Hairy Dude!! we need more popcorn!
  8. some reflective strips goes a long way.
  9. And this is a reason for some sort of comment or button to indicate deal in progress or red flag etc. I understand hub dont want classified comments, but surely something can be added to indicate the above
  10. You sound like Thomas Rundle from tyres.co.za Makes loads of excuses and never delivers. @Swannie87I managed to get my refund from tyres.co.za but through diff means. Dont waste time and accept excuses.
  11. Yeah, thats no ideal at all. My clips are crystal clear in comparison to that.
  12. I was at the southern cross jumps in last year. Very unfriendly bunch. I didnt even have a bicycle with. But at least after speaking about building etc they started to have a short conversation. Havent been back. It is something I would like to do tho
  13. @Duane_Bosch Something I tend to do when ever someone rides my bumper is to just gradually slow down. Cyclists often get it and move over. Vehicle drivers on the other had = no patience, but I give them some room to come pass.
  14. I bought mine a few years back. There is no name. Go it on ali express. My other one is an SJcam M10. Some people claim its better than the equivalent gopro
  15. The Getz driver needs some patience, cause after the bend the visibility is great and the line is not solid(assuming, dependant where on that road of course)
  16. I dont have any issue with all of the above. Although, I mount mine on my bars, personally anywhere on the bike is the best place if you want a much better clip. The moment you move it to the body or helmet, then you get the shakes.
  17. its illegal to overtake on a white line.
  18. I have one similar to that. Bought it a few years ago. It starts up with the gopro startup screen, but the word "gopro" is not on there. The also the software is different and the lense gives a wider angle to the go pro. Other than that, no issues and shoots in 1080p. I use windows movie maker to edit the clips.
  19. Isnt there cameras along there? I know at the entrance to chappies there are. Whats the chances of getting the the getz reg number. The cyclist and driver should foot the cost. Tailgating is illegal as far as I know.
  20. Damn that bike went a few front flips down the mountain!!!!!!!
  21. This time frame is unacceptable.
