  2. I am also interested in solar, but not interested in feeding back into the system. I would rather have the city subsidise solar installations like they did with solar geysers.
  3. That should be able to. I have a smaller one but I think also 120 psi, which I use if my floor pump doesnt seat my tyre.

  5. Back in the day we had a gas geyser. Water is almost instantly hot. I really like this setup considering everything else. We now have solar for a good few years. Solar works great in summer, in winter you need eskom. This is the drawback for me. Hence why I like the gas option. Then my wifes cousin sells and installs insta hot systems. He reckons the unit uses far less electric than a std geyser.

  7. mine had 7ah batteries and replaced them with 9ah. Would of loved to gone to 12ah, but there was no stock at the time. Did the same with the alarm system.
  8. Play with your tyre pressure until you find what works well. For different conditions and trails, I will adjust what I think is correct.
