I have to do 1 hr at 70+ ave HR and get 300 pts and then people go walk a park run or just arrive have a coffee and then go home and they get the same. the Park Run should have at least a HR or a distance rule attached for tha amount of points it gives. I have a theory that there is a deal between Disco & Park Run to get as many people as possible doing Park Runs - Go to any Park Run on a Sat - it looks like Pick n pay on Payday

Its not that hard to get 1200 pts per week. I have 3 IDT sessions planned each week Mon - Fri 2 X 1 hr 1 X 1.5 hr so on the 1 hr session i wear my HR strap 15 min before the session starts while warming up and then 15 min after the session while cooling down. My HR ave always stays at above 70 % for the 1.5 hr duration = 450 pts X 2 sesions = 900 pts I do the same for the 1.5 hr session and get a 2 hr ave HR above 70% = 600 pts So in total = 1500 pts Sat & Sun rides are always over 2 hrs so 1200 pts over the weekend and 2700 pts for the week

300 pts for 6 hr + event !!! - Then you obviously not registered with Disco as High performance Athlete. With HP status you would get 600 pts for over 2 hrs and HR ave above 70% i think. On the other hand your weekly target will also go up to 1200 max, where on the normal level its 600.

Does the Fitbit Charge 2 work when doing a cardio workout to record ave HR for vitality. wife tried a 45 min session on IDT and can see the HR on Fitbit app, but cant see the ave for the 45 min, also no record or points award on Disco - It is all connected and synced on Vitality. What are we doing wrong ?

Trainer Road annual subscription = 99 USD per year Spotify app - free version. have selected 4 hrs of training music in the library I train using virtual power. I use the TR desktop app to view / monitor progress as well as Stravistix Perfromance Managent Chart Cheap and effective - I cannot see how a 20K trainer will change or improve my training and performance any better than what i currently use

The reversed route was the original route back when we still paid for entry at the club parking and then rode to the top gate, after which you made an immediate left onto the trails. then they moved the entry ticket payment to 33 High street parking. Once they moved the start to where it is now they reversed the route.

Yes of course. You cannot sugar coat it. You exclude people on the color of their skin its racism pure and simple. no matter what the color is. As a SRAM purist (On MTB) i went from XO 2 X 10 to GX Eagle 1 X 12, not gonna slate Shitmano because i don't use it and i'm not a fisherman. There does however seem to be some shifting issues with the GX 12 speed cassette when i read these and other forums like MTBR etc. I never experienced these problems and mine changes like a swiss watch. But i spent many hours dialing in the setup to make sure it was perfect. Maybe there are some cassettes with a manufacturing problem and if you have issues, its time to remove the cassette and check it out. My vote is SRAM GX Eagle all the way

Yep, I'm afraid Modders is not what it was. Living in Edenvale it was my favorite place to ride. Now i travel out back to my 2nd most favorite (now my 1st) Northern Farms. It seems the organizers at modders have simply lost interest and now the reserve doesn't care but gladly take your entrance fee.
