  1. Alarm system I hope as well as camera's? Some concrete poles around the shop will do wonders as well. Isn't there a perimeter fence that can be locked? Good luck. Sure if you post a pick people will look out for it.
  2. Easton's are also very good wheels!
  3. I just tip mine and stop once the water has stopped coming out.
  4. My link Compare price to this link.
  5. Complete cyclist in Hout Bay.
  6. And? Just saying the fact which is that MDV works for 32GI, his opinion will always be biased. Not saying it's not a good product.
  7. .
  8. Sportron is a good product as well.
  9. Yes and you work for 32GI.
  10. Wasn't cool when I was on thee leading A bunch and a car cut's into the group and brakes for a red effectively ruining my race. Keep to one side of the road and allow me to pass or simply don't cut in. Organization was not good. No clearly marked entrance to the field, finishing and then being told to only have one coke and take your cup. Roads need to be closed for such a big event or something done.
  11. Fun yes. I do it but it's not very clever and that's why I don't do it very often. Four wheels braking compared to two. The truck can see what's happening ahead while you simply look at the truck. Road surface as well cannot be seen. But if it's only yourself and not your whole club motor pacing somebody you don't know then it's cool.
  12. Saw it happen too often on the DC ride. People chucking their water bottles as soon as they are empty. Why not wash and reuse them?
  13. Constantia Village @ 7am every Saturday and Sunday. Meet outside the entrance to the cattle baron. Sat: + - 50 - 70km's. Sun: + - 80 - 100km's. Will be less people present on race days. Possibly join us on a ride and then get a few contact numbers so that you are kept in the loop/ pay membership fee's when ready and receive the emails on details of races and club rides.
  14. Phone Specialized SA.
  15. Bear Grills style.
  16. Try out Sram, you might not like the shifting and feel. Both work but I like Sram and how mechanical the gear shifts feel. If you like smooth shifting etc then Shimano. Both are easy to set up.
  17. Just use an old bike. All the stress on your race bike is not good. I had one and sold it as I didn't enjoy my frame being subjected to different forces than what it was built for.
  18. Well then why not adjust the rules? Much easier. Anyways, I had a great day and the event was awesome.
  19. '2.8 Feeding of riders MUST take place in front of their stationary team vehicle, which have to be parked completely of the road. No riders are allowed to have any assistance whatsoever, while still on the road.' If teams did feed on the go then they should be disqualified. Rules are rules.
  20. Leon @ Hermanus cycles will help. They (Hermanus cycle club) have rides every morning.
  21. Some have a 50mm dish and some don't. A dish adds on weight but rolls better (well in some cases).
  22. A set of Easton tempest 2's of the hub and a cheap set of wheels for training.
  23. I will make sure all my friends don't enter this event next year if this is how people are treated.
  24. Wahaha. Nice bikes guys.
