  2. On that note then.............anyone that knows a half decent broker in Pretoria area?
  3. New Carbon Topstone
  4. As always fun and very well organised. Lots and lots of sick people at the event. Hoping that they'll move it back to April next year
  5. The 530 must be near
  6. That paint scheme.
  7. No thanks. From people that has actually had discs for a while on the international forums: "Extra weight, added cost, added maintenance, almost unavoidable brake rub..." Me personally............I am very happy to see rim brake versions.
  8. A welcoming change of pace
  9. Bahahhaha. Old farts with cat-like reflexes from pig-like bodies. Thank you.
  10. So glad for that!
  11. Anyone picked up on the new Cannondale Supersix Evo being used yesterday and the Dauphine? http://www.cyclingnews.com/news/new-cannondale-supersix-evo-spotted-at-criterium-du-dauphine/
  12. My sister and hubby were maried in SA. Moved to NZ. Got citizenship. Had to divorce according to NZ law and regulations (Have to be 2 years separated etc.) So I don't know if it was because they got residency?
  13. That's the one I saw, yes
  14. Take a friend or two with. See there was an attack again there some time this week from what I can see on social media
  15. Loved the route. Challenging and not your boring run of the mill stuff. Organisers were very good, start on time, safe sprint, traffic was good, bike marshals perfect. I'll be back for more suffering for sure.
  16. Started watching "A million little things". Very cool so far.
  17. Jip. Second that. An AWESOME event that one can see grow every year. Good route. Scenic. Tough. The dynamic of finishing all 12 should be encouraged by the organisers with a nice medal or beers all around or something? Will be back for sure!
  18. Did it in the neighborhood. Helps a lot. You get guys doing gardening. Shopping. Walking dogs. Joggers. Drunks coming back home at 3am. Security patrol. Newspaper delivery. Helps with the monotonous up and down.
  19. https://www.strava.com/activities/1553108876 736m climb on 110km. Not hilly. But not flat
  20. Old farts like me don't "win" We just sucker our bunch mates into thinking they'll be able to catch you before the end......
  21. Some of us has to walk up there. Not to mention the cement part at the top turn......
