    Nope....not nitpicking. Just pissed to have gone through the trouble to enter, travel moer far, start riding and then get stopped to be told "the wind is too dangerous". #kakstorie I am an ape, but I an old ape......I pick my chain up when I walk. Doesn't matter. That said.....we are digressing from an awesome thread. Wish I was there and will be having bad FOMO this week. Doesn't matter what the weather, it always is a stunning ride in probably the prettiest part of the world!!!! Enjoy everyone.

    Jip...... Wind was not a factor in my humble opinion. Managed to do 80km on the day with the going to and from the start together with the "false start" etc. Was actually a good day of riding. Pity it got canned. One less closer to the 21 thing and it makes the decision just that 1% more difficult to go the next year.

    But it is what HE said. I wonder sometimes what I would do if I was the guy behind them....... You, as a dad.....do you risk walking up to them en confront them for the sake of not being branded as "only give a crap about themselves"? Because I don't only give a crap about myself. I do care about others. They turn around and shoot your ass and your daughter grows up without you..... So do you risk it? Serious question.

    Should be around where the Post Office Sorting center is? Not sure. But........ASG.......famous for not having toilets to the supporters........ Now mamma has to go sit for 2 hours in the parking lot and wait in a moer of a line to take a piepie........ Needless to say if I do this, I'll go alone. Flat and fast...... I don't know man..............

    For me the revers route is awesome. The wheel suckers from R4S won't do this one as they actually have to be fit to stick to you on the climb up to the finish. No freewheeling on this one. Looking forward to it.

    Mine was covered my hospital plan. Discovery paid in full. 2 weeks before I got onto the rollers again. Road surface' bumps has a certain eina to it. Sex.....well.....you can go the day after it.........it's just not "safe"...... Think I had to go do the test like 6 months after the opp to get an all-clear. Definitely worth it. There is a VERY detailed thread on this somewhere on the hub. But maybe you don't wan't to look for it though......loads of "what went wrong" stories on there.....heheheheh

    Are your races CSA sanctioned or is it like the MTB race that you held that was unsanctioned and CSA members run the risk of getting fined like they do in the Cape at the moment?

    One of the weird mysteries of Cycling in SA........ So in essence provincials is just another race and in that GNC charged you close to ASG fees for an event that was late and had no toilets in the feed zone. You did not even get an Argus seeding out of it.
