  1. Yep. I think so too. I also have a post nasal drip....... it's irritating to manage. ..... especially while riding.
  2. Only Polar accessories work with polar devices. ANT+ is the open standard that everyone else uses. If you want to keep your Polar accessories, get a Polar upgrade.

The i23 have an inner bead width of 23mm...... a direct competitor of the Flow at 22.5mm. The i19 has an inner bead width of 19mm...... that is the same as the crest and arch. The crest is lightweight and more prone to going out of true. The arch is stronger and a bit heavier. The archEX is at 21mm so it falls between the i19 and i23 that is weight and strength. The flow EX is wider at 25mm and more suited to gravity style riding. So I would go i19 for cross country and marathon....... and i23 for trail or all mountain

WTB i23........ or at 90kg you could even go for the i19....... depending on the type of riding you do
  5. Do yourself a favour and get a good 1. Polar or the sports tracker........ dont get a cheap unit.
  6. Try to reset the hr sensor. Put the battery in backwards. Also try to rescan the sensor. ........ but definitely DO THE UPDATES
  7. he difference in altitude stats comes with the upload. Your bryton device measures actual altitude changes, however, when you upload the data, it gets analyzed by an analysis application. So heres how it changes. When an analysis application (brytonsport, sports-tracker, SportTracks) they all have different thresholds at which a flat becomes a climb. Simply put, the application only marks a track an uphill when the gradient is greater than a certain number. With brytonsport, that magic number is 2.5% gradient, with other applications the number is lower, and some are higher. Theat is why you have different numbers after upload. Bryton are telling you that if you ridin a track less than 2.5%, YOU ARE NOT GOING UPHILL. EDIT: Typo
  8. I have experienced the same on the ZTR's........ those stickers fade UGLY.......... even just from normal washing........ on the WTB i23's look as good as new.........
  9. You're gonna love those ....... they're amazing
  10. I agree 100%. I also contemplated the move......... But the Cons outweighed the pros.
  11. So Sad about those Captains......... How do the Ground controls compare?
  12. Do you feel you lose a bit on top end? Or do you not do much flat riding?
  13. Or even simpler. Replace your outer ring with a Bash guard (see attached). And job done. If you like, you can still change you small ring to 26.
  14. The only difference will be chain length.
  15. What is your reasoning behind the move? I was also contemplating changing, but the weight saving is minimal.
  16. I think that's pretty much the most reliable lightweight setup. You will end up raving about the i23's......... They look good, cheaper, Stronger(IMHO) and weigh the same as the Stans equivilent.
  17. I have ArchEX and WTB frequency i23........ the WTB's get my vote
  18. Seems people have been having issues since the website update. Not even my bryton bridge device manager wants to update the software. .... it just hangs for 2 hours trying to download. Check the bryton international Facebook page, not the bryton sa page. You'll see nothing but issues.
  19. Anyone else having problems with uploads, bryton bridge and general issues? On the bryton Facebook page it's a whole bunch of complaints.
  20. Wow...... spot on. I thought I was the only 1. Just include CY with those number plates too....... and the slow drivers in the right hand lane on the freeways.
  21. Revolution cape Town
  22. Just saw it at my LBS I think they're getting rid of the last 2013 Stock
  23. XT
  24. They have a special on 26" 2013 stumpy's....... full carbon, dropper seatpost, rear brain, Fox Talas 140mm........ for only 25k...... that's a sweet deal.
  25. Ok. I find GPS pretty accurate though. Ascent and descent included. But to each his own if you feel like it. Glad the radius idea worked. High School math. Its a bit easier than rolling a wheel 1 revolution, then measuring the distance. It's quicker and more accurate.
