  1. Thanks a mil. I was hunting for it...... and getting a bit peeved as they cut the live coverage onn ss7 just like that.
  2. You're lucky. I had to walk around looking at them, and eventually putting my hands up in the air before I got any service there.
  3. What brakes do you have......... Make and model. A pic will help.
  4. So I decided to buy a cheapie to do some training rides on, and just pop down to the shop with..... and I eventually got it, Paid R4000 second hand. So I decided to pop down to my local shopping centre with it. Shorts, T-Shirt, takkies........ None of the usual kit as it was a 1km ride (2km round trip). So my buddy was waiting outside while I got the goods inside the supermarket. I come outside, and this guy approaches me to ask me how much I paid for the bike. I told him 4k.......... It was only at that time that I noticed the Dirty Looks from 3 other peple....... who were with the guy asking me the questions about the bike I was riding. It then dawned on me that this was one of those......... He must have stole that bike MOMENTS......... Or my other favourite...... "if it walks like a duck" comments. I then continued my conversation unphased, and I think I passed my interrogation...... Much to the dismay of the onlookers, who were still giving me dirty looks. The guy even told me he has a TFS900 that is worth R27000........ WOW. I said it must be a Big-Nine....... all I got back was a blank stare. Needless to say, I'm not WHITE........ And the aggressors were. I'm not suprised, but I am kinda OFFENDED. I certainly expect to be attacked verbally and threatened for mentioning this, but I guess I can't really be offended If I'm coloured with a decent MTB not wearing any kit, riding to the shop, past a bunch of RACIST WHITE PEOPLE....... WHAT WAS I THINKING..... In this day and age
  5. HI. On your default Device manager Screen, where you normally choose your workouts to upload, to the right there is a TAB for your download list. Choose your track you want to download to the unit as a planned route. Once you have done that, the planned trip will be available to choose in your device menu. The issue I have experienced, that when using planned trip, the available info is great, but it seems to slow down the unit drastically. I have a Rider 40........ I'll never use this feature again.

  9. Specialized "The Captain" 2.0 for Grip Specialized "Fast Trak LK" for Speed
  10. You can only manage the device data through www.brytonsport.com. Your laptops will never recognize the device. Bryton Bridge will connect the device to the bryton servers, where you will manage the device from abovementioned website. EDIT: Typo
  11. Why not have Cadence and Speed on the Trainer? I do.
  12. Have you turned your gps sensor off? Are you sure your speed sensor is close enough to the magnet? Are you actually registering speed? You will have to turn the sensor in towards the wheel to make it pick up the magnet. Also you should configure your bryton with a few time based target workouts so that the timer moves irrespective of whether you have speed or not. That's what I did. 1 x 45min and 1 x 60min workouts, and you should be good.
  13. If you have speed and time, you will have distance. My Rider 40 gives me that
  14. Have a look at these options for your rims........ I have a set of i23's. The crest will buckle under hard riding conditions. Also check out this article that a wheelbuilder wrote about the new WTB's WTB i23 = 23mm innerbead width 530g WTB i19 = 19mm innerbead width 435g ZTR Flow = 22.6.. inner bead width 526g ZTR Arch EX = 21mm inner bead width = 450g ZTR Crest = 21mm inner bead width = 380g http://www.tetongravity.com/forums/showthread.php/241116-First-WTB-Frequency-I23-build

  23. The cadence magnet and sensor must be quite close. Or change the battery in the Cadence sensor. They have been known to discharge while in storage.
