  1. Apparently the only Difference between the SLX (HG81) and the XT cassette is the Nickel Plating.........
  2. Hey. I had a similar issue at around 2.5bar. The Arch Inner Bead area is much narrower than other rims. I would suggest you pop the tyres in slowly, ie. pump in to aboput 1.8-2.0 bar and let it rest. It will take some time to pop all the little bits of tyre bead into place. Once you got it all nicely seated, pump to desired pressure........ but 4.5 is a bit high..........lol
  3. 174m climbing........ 300 odd total ascent and descent
  4. Can you PLEASE let us know here as soon as You have completed the software?
  5. the file extension is bdx, and it is supported by SportTracks since March this year.......... Unfortunately, the driver for the Bryton device does not allow access to the direct download feature. You still need to upload it First. And the temp Directory that the files are uploaded from also does not contain a cmpatible format :-(. See attached images. The gpx files n there I added myself
  6. It will Definitely work on an aveo, sedan and hatch
  7. Spend the extra money and get the Giro Monaco.........
  8. I tried gloves with more padding. It made matters worse. You gotta get the ESI's........ I even ride without gloves sometimes....... NO ISSUES.
  9. Lso. Monitor your blood glucose 1-2 days after you ride.
  10. Gotta love the Finish ine Green though. Lets hope they don't mess with it............ Really disappointed bout the RED though. I guess the search is back on.
  11. I think it's about the same price........ But the million dollar question is......... Is it INFERIOR Bike shop in CPT said the REP told them. Apparently Finish Line acquired White Lightning. I noticed the change in colour and consistency. I gotta say........ I'm not happy
  12. Finish Line Red = White Lightning?????????????? Has anyone noticed the change? It was confirmed by my LBS....... It's the same stuff now :-(
  13. I saw an LBS do it once..... For me :-) Get a drill bit small enough to fit snugly in the stripped section. Get on of those Cordless drills. Put the drill bit (Already in the cordless drill). Hit reverse, and slowly drill the screw out.
  14. Great Event.......... Lots of Sand though. I'll surely be back every year. I just about finished the 30km..... but great event nonetheless
  15. Have a look at the Lezyne tools......... One of them have a mini shock pump too
  16. Thule has an Aerodynamically shaped roof rack model. The rack is shaped similar to an Aeroplane wing. This may be less noisy. Why don't yoou go for something like the rack in the picture attached?
  17. At the Wrld Cup Race, Nino Schurter used a DT Swiss fork, he had adaptors on his Fork Lowers to bring the Clearance up to use 650b wheels...... So I don't think the DT Swiss fork will work.
  18. Have you had a look at 720 Armour on CRC?
  19. So what shoes did you get? You obviously got the M520 pedals, right?
  20. Ja..... I saw that bike........ Nice bare metal look too. So when are you taking it out? EDIT: OOPS........ just saw that you said this weekend........
  21. Yep. Schwalbes I think
  22. They even have a test wheel so you can see if it fits, before forking out a few G's
  23. Specialized
  24. Only using it for about 3 months. No Issues yet. It took a few big knocks so far and still going strong. Lighter than the Shimano equivilent trail Pedals. Check out Revolution Cycles Bree street. They still have a few sets left. The only issue is sometimes clipping in takes a second try because the platforms sometimes grip if you're sliding your cleat forward to clip in.
  25. Syncros All Mountain. Lighter than XTR. Takes Standard SPD Cleat. Cost around R550
