  1. I have asma and take 2 burst before I ride. If I ride hard it is possible to get another asma attack. But finishing a pump and going for seconds is a bit much.

    Secunda

Hi I now of weekends but I can show you the routes that some people cycle on the week days that safe.
  4. Height: 1.84 Weight: 102 Front: 53 - 39 Rear: 11 - 25
  5. Just make sure the crank is strong enough. Took one for our Wedding photo's and after pedaling 2km (and popping a wheeley or 2) something broke by the crank. Told the LBS is poor quality on the metal. Luckily he didn't charge me to fix it. Those things are heavy but using the back pedal to brake brings back memories.
  6. "It is not about the bike" and I quote<?: prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /> I had a Raleigh RC1000 and in my 1st year and 94.7 I managed a 3:02. You feel great (and laugh afterwards) when who pass other cyclist on their full carbon bikes. Training is the key and enjoy cycling.
  7. some hubs are for 8 speed only, others are for 9-10 speed casette. Let you LBS check out if it will fit a 9 speed casette. A new hub cost about R250 - R350.
  8. Road was 87km\h in a race held at Secunda. This is for the coldest ride min temp: -5 avg temp: -3 max temp: 4 and I managed an hours ride in these conditions but never again.
  9. Send a mail to Pornstar/Collin. He will help you out in no problem. He send mine in 2 days time. Great Service

  12. I sold mine for R600 to buy a Polar S710i. Depends where you are going to use it and what features do you need.
  13. I want to move to 10 speed and the only thing stopping me is the price of the 105 STI's . Derailleur is a derailleur, STI's tells it what to do. I ran 9 speed with 8 speed components except for the casette that was 9 speed as well.
  14. I currently have 105 comp with 9 speed STI's and casette on my bike but don't want to pay R2500 at CRC for 105 Shifters. Camp has 10 speed shifters under R1100 and casette for R500. Is worth swapping to Camp or stay at Shimano?
  15. Can you run Camp STI's with a Shimano casette?
  16. You can get special contact lenses that won't dry so quickly than the rest. Its cost a bit more but speak to your opt.
  17. I also use Adidas (Evil eye, I think) with the insert and sometimes with me contacts but with my Adidas and don't any problems. I can maybe organise you but you will have to get the insert from a Optomerist. PM if you are interested.

  23. What it the screw for on top for? The just above and right of Shimano?
  24. I ran 9 speed on my 8 speed bike. The only things I changed was the shifters and rear casette. I also took out my smallest chainring on my crank.
