That is really poor form and whoever it was is not a managers backside! Via SMS? I am busy going through this excercise with a lady that works for me and we are assisting her as far as possible with what we can. It also is a 3 month process here in our large corporation at least allows the person some time to at least attempt to get another job. And should something come up in another dept she will be considered first ..... I must say it has also been a traumatic experience for me

OK so I am known to think of these as circus bikes but just rode Boris' SiR Niner (think that's correct ....) and expected it to feel strange but hey it didn't feel any different to riding a 'normal' bike! Ok so that was just round the parking lot but just maybe one day he'll let me take it or another 29r out for a trail spin you never know .....

Perhaps you are on the 'cusp' of that size and the next size up might look a bit small? I gathered that the current trend was to ride the smallest frame you can get away with or was that only for speedsters on MTB's?

I am interested to see the difference with a full outer to the RD. I have done 4 SabieX races with 'interrupted' outer and my new frame has a full outer to the RD. This year we'll see ........

its kind of a lockring that supports the crank arm so it wont fall off, they should be able to get from the supplier, kinda wierd that they cant get one,

It was just an initiation mate, didn't want to scare her off future rides in the mud ..... That saddle went through the 1st day of this years pre ride in the pouring rain and it's sure not white anymore so you are right on that score!

between myself and LitttleBen we have Bought and sold quite a bit over the years on the hub without any issues. As he mentioned already our rule is you do not spend the money till the buyer is 100% happy no exceptions!

Replaced my 2004 Alu Epic frame with this 2007 Carbon S-works Epic frame. Interesting that I had my old 2004 frame redone by CycleArt a few years ago with that very paint job ...... Fitted my Terralogic fork I had updated by CycleArt and recently serviced!
