I may but not yet, I have this idea I'm busy with to use 2*18650's and 1 of the 'control units' in a 3D printed 'container' for want of a better word Busy with the design, hope to print a prototype in the coming days I'll keep y'all updated

'ding dong' flip .... so I took that legend back yesterday but he promptly took it back this morning. Fortunately though I stopped to take a pic, as I do, and saw the notification ... What else to do but go straight there and take it back 😁 , he was not amused Let's see what happens tomorrow 😎 All good natured though and as I said it helps with the motivation

Nowhere exciting but riding consistently so very happy 😊 Normally no riding on Mondays but .... me and the big guy who does my frame painting have this good natured 'feud' about some arbitrary local legends and other stuff in Strava (I know, I know) The sod stole my local legend on this segment this past weekend so I had to go and get it back immediately 😤 I must be honest that despite what people may think things like Vitality points and these type of challenges certainly have kept me motivated during some tough times 😄

You may be able to go faster by car but not necessarily further .... despite what many may think 😎

Lately I read almost every 'newcomer' is the next legend without having to prove that much over time (yes I mean that limey and the dutchman amongst others). Taking nothing away from their achievements but I need to see a bit more but that's just me Maar nou ja, hier sit ons 🤪

In my 'bit' of experience of fiddling with stuff .... SRAM 9sp and 10sp mtb derailleurs are not the same. I've often heard people say 'ag 11sp and 10sp mtb Shimano derailleurs are interchangeable' but that is also not my experience Like I say just what I've found

I honestly think it was a tchop move doesn't matter which wait it gets spun.... let's see how it goes in the next days but if I was SK I'd be pi$$Ed off ... then again I'm just a couch 'expert' so who knows

Running some errands .... I always wanted to commute but the job function I had never really allowed for that. I have (very) occasionally used a bike to collect and drop off stuff. Decided to make a concerted effort to only use a bike for short trips where it makes sense. This is, to my mind at least, clearly the best bike for that 😎
