No, no, not today 😎 After half an hour of fighting with the tubeless on the front wheel, messing sealant everywhere it actually stayed up for the ride! A 'no chain' ride really 👀 - if you know you know ... take them whenever they come, it's not often!

A photo in this case would help a lot ... it would depend very much where the chunk is out, how big it is and so on In my experience it has been 50/50 successful, if its on the braking surface or around the spoke area I would hang it on the wall as a decoration ... that's just my opinion though perhaps the carbon experts can shed more light A photo would definitely help though!

As much as some may despise this kind of lifestyle bloody hell I'd do it in a heartbeat if it was an option!

The weather has been rather atrocious so did my first PROPER indoor trainer ride today for a very long time putting in some effort ... 'dead tired' but happy 😊

I do use oval rings and have my own opinion of the benefits I have felt, be those perceived or real .... I am also aware that there are some strong opinions about them on this here forum and they are not all positive 🤪

My last 2c on this subject .... With a 1x whatever chainring you decide it'll be a compromise. Takes hat and coat ....

Must be getting better ... beat all the commuters except one I couldn't drop. My assumption in general when buying second hand goods on the hub, or just getting something sent because the person is just cool like that 😎, that it's not their job I.e. its not an online business or business of any other kind. Therefore they are busy with some kind of other job making their 'real' money and can't just rush off to the PUDO box at will .... I'd just wait a bit and if requested would probably pay a bit extra if asked Just me?

...you fix what you can fix and you let the rest go. If there ain't nothin to be done about it it aint even a problem. It's just an aggravation. Stress relief every. single.time
