Me and LBB use the 10sp SRAM links and we have been able to remove them (takes a bit of work with a good pliers!) and re-install!

If it's the bolt that holds the derrailleur to the hanger then yip they are standard (aren't they usually hard to get to and remove though?) but the one holding the hanger to the frame are not even the same per different frame from the same manufacturer ......... Just an example Specialized have at least 2 different hangers for their MTB's (1 has 2 little bolts ala Epic and some stumpjumpers) and the other has 1 bigger bolt ......
