I knew I was gonna be off work for at least 2 weeks so I decided to build this project bike at the lowest cost possible to test stuff on (i.e. some LX levers and XTR calipers that needed some work etc.) that I had lying around. Fork - brand spanking new RS Tora 302 SL (800ZAR) Seatpost/handlebar - lying around Kalloy/BBB Fibretop Stem - Scott components - thanks Justin Grips - GT lockon - slightly damaged - Thanks Justin Seat - Scott original - Thanks amateur - will go on my TT bike sometime Shifters - LX dual control - damaged needed work, stripped screws - thanks Quinton Brake calipers - XTR - the ones with the stripped threads I discussed before, got them fixed - thanks Dion FD - new Deore - 150ZAR RD - LX, needed some TLC - thanks DR Cranks/BB - Truvative Firex, the BB has been serviced as per DR's pictures Cluster - Deore - 200ZAR Chain - Best of the chains in our garage .....
