Lil Ben back on the bike this afternoon, him and I went out for a 45k roadbike ride. 4.5 weeks after his collar bone op. He reckons he has no pain and he has full movement of it so it seems he can put in a couple of roadbike rides in the next week or 2. His spirit is definitely lifted
