  7. I second this by the time you've filled the scrubber, cleaned all the muck it throws all over the bike and then cleaned the scrubber afterwards, you could have taken your chain off dunked it ,given it a quick scrub and have had time for a second beer.

  18. I am looking for an SL3 frame or bike if you decide on the upgrade you can give me a shout. My 5 cents worth is that you are probably moving in the right direction.
  19. Agreed with comments regarding carbon you can get some great deals on upper specked carbon bikes within your price range. Albeit that these are used bikes if you buy from a reputable source you should be fine. I can assist if need be on a bike or with advice.

  21. Components should be all okay I have done this with plenty of older and cheaper builds. Replace your shifters and obviously the cassette and you should be good to go.
  22. I would think around R1500 would be fair as the risk remains even after the repair.
