  7. Laaste year the epic went through a farm that has trail on it but the epic did not follow the usual route. Some people saw on some gps base site where they rode the epic and also did. We confront by the farmer as they rode where not allowed they cursed at him. Now the farm allows NO riding any more. Because of the the arrogant selfish @#$%^& out there life become harder for the rest of us and trail management of private land becomes nightmare

  10. there is no hard rule. personal comfort is the aim. and to say guy must ride wider bars that lady is a generalisation that will fail some times as some men has narrow shoulders and some lady's have wide shoulders. things that factor in together: bar width bar sweep stem length frame size( stretch en short) shoulder width riding style I swap my 720 8deg for a 700 9deg for a test. immediately i felt cramped for space. what ever you do not cut a bar to quickly. just my 2c

  17. I rode geax for years. Put a new tire on the first time , they can give you bit of hard time. saguaro's on bontrager rims, on mavic rims and stan rims. Always got it on. Make sure your working the bead to the rims channel(critcal bit) and use so soap water for lube. Like a said getting new tire on rim for first time is hard but after that is not that bad.
  18. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bicycle_seat A bicycle seat, unlike a bicycle saddle, is designed to support the rider's buttocks and back, usually in a semi-reclined position. Arthur Garford is credited with inventing the padded bicycle seat in 1892, and they are now usually found on recumbent bicycles. Bicycle seats come in three main styles; mesh, hardshell and combination

  24. I have learned somethings about them. The light head of the MS900 it self have a prodcution flaw in. There is 2 resistors that have to handle more power than they are rated for. Now depending of the condition of how this go bad it could just go dead of cause other components also to get hurt. The 2 resistors is easy to replace if you can do some electronics. Then on the older one the plug has to problems. The one is that the point is all metal at the front so you could short the battery accidently. Then the correct its inside breaks a little and then does not make good contact. That becomes evident if you ride a really bump bit and the light goes switchs off. Also potenially bad contact could make that your battery is not charged well. My solution was to take the extention leads, which has a better plug, and replace the lead of the light. Then the battery. I have seen packs that breaks. I think the managment circuit might not be up to scratch. I have had a battery and charger packing up at the sametime. Now one could have cause the other but which I do not know. If the charger or battery goes there is not much you can do. Just replace it. just my 2c
