Anyone tech savvy enough to explain (as simply as possible) how I can export ride data from garmin 910xt on to my Samsung phone (Note 4) and ultimately onto garmin connect I understand that most phones these days, including mine, has an ANt+ receiver built in. My question is how do I use it so I can hopefully seamlessly get data from watch onto garmin connect? I have had a read on the net but cannot find a simple understandable explanation.

I agree - in the sense that given its so close to home the entry fee becomes more affordable because of the savings of travel, accommodation etc etc Does this however justify them charging a higher fee?

I do agree with you - I was asking because I didnt know. I do think the price is a little high - mainly because its the first event here in JHB.

Top top top class.... Without well stocked water points the run could have been dangerous. Lots of races would have run out - but you guys didnt - so well done. Much tougher than I expected - which is lekker

This is a proper event - although pricey I believe it is well worth it. Unbelievable administration, incredible mountain biking and torturous run...

Same my side... find the tyres grip well and are durable... have had to put in a couple plugs but those have held for months now

I "baked" the pads in the oven for 30 minutes... seemed to bring all the cr@p to the surface of the pads... I then sanded in a circular motion like a mofo and then cleaned discs with isopropyl...
