  1. If it was st4, I can understand why (I did as well...) but yeah, we gave him ***
  2. Installed today. Needs a bit of time before the system can be set properly (burn in, essentially) but super chuffed. No more headphones while driving as a cheap hands free and music source. Suspension service and Revo tune next week. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  3. It was terrible. Full of action, none of it even remotely connected to the plot. His incessant jigging of the "camera angles" to create faux action is maddening.
  4. CONGRATULATIONS!!!! Missed this, and I know I'm late, but that's awesome news, HA.
  5. Sigh. If you want lower travel, get the Jeffsy. Or something else. The Capra has always been a heavy hitting enduro bike.

  7. Nope, just another myth, but one with just enough truth in it to sound convincing... https://www.scientificamerican.com/article/fact-or-fiction-nasa-spen/
  8. ja, but that technological development that would have come from it would have been amazing, IMO. It's not just about the moon and mars. It's all the knock on stuff. But that's a different argument.
  9. The dawn of a new age... an age that should have continued from the original explorations.
  10. Stress creating hell with your hormones, dude. It's real. Don't worry about muscle gain. Worry about the cm. You also don't want to be "skinny fat" so carry on with the weights and current calorie restriction, so that you can preserve the muscle that you have on your frame. It will start looking more defined as you lose cm & fat, and you may seem as if you're "gaining" muscle, but unless you're eating at a caloric surplus then you won't get super duper buff. Weight training does not bulk you up in isolation. You need to eat to fuel it.
  11. To gain muscle in anything other than a "noobgains" (body recomposition) environment requires surplus calories to be consumed. Extra lean muscle is a GOOD THING. If that muscle is replacing fat, and you're losing cm at the same time, that's a GOOD thing. The noob gains (losing fat and gaining muscle at the same time) only happens for a short period of time.
  12. Holy heck... that's morbid, but strangely beautiful
  13. HAHAHAHAHA!!! Or, Atul Gupta escaping ORT
  14. Heh. Which is why Im very happy I continued to say only use play money. Yes, it's still a hilariously short term for such a fabulous correction, but that's my view. I'll leave mine in Ripple for a while longer.
  15. Yes, with this material, where it conforms to screws very easily thanks to the softness of the wood. It was an experiment, with those long self-tapping screws that have the notch out of them at the bottom. For other projects I would definitely pre-drill, as there'd be a very good chance of splitting and ruining the wood.
  16. tailor. Honestly. They won't distort the lines, they'd enhance them way more than any standard off the peg item would be.
  17. He wants it black. His favourite colour. Will do an ebony stain.
  18. In episode 7 or so you can get a bit of a snatch at her babbalons. And see that the bra is entirely unnecessary.
  19. Did my own manual pocket hole butt joints for my lighties bunk bed at my new place. Start screwing the screw in, then as soon as it's bitten, rotate downwards with a strong downward pressure (along the length of the screw) and drive home. No kreg jig, no fuss. Would work far better with an impact driver, but it'll do. Still needs a sand and paint. A bit of melawood will go under, bridging the 2 lower cross braces, to serve as a desk. Ladder is repurposed from my best mates bunk, which was used ~30 years ago. Ladder was kept as a "just in case" by my hoarder of a godmother.
