  1. Made a mistake this morning. Started off with black coffee instead of green tea. Bad idea. By the time 10am hit, I was ravenous. Had a small piece of chicken breast (50g max) in the fridge, so I klapped that and made a green tea. 5 min after finishing the tea, hunger gone completely. I think I need to start on the green. Coffee later in the day...
  2. in this case, it actually seems as if it works at least partially. A far more effective nasal strip, in effect.
  3. So have I... and I don't even need to ask for it. 24th September
  4. BLOODY HELL!!! /hijack Oh, btw Meezo... If it is something belonging to the guy, please use "his" and not "he's". IE: His bike / his car / his wife / his opgefokkende bicycle... "He's" is a shortened version of "he is" /bijack

If so, you can clearly see the top / head / down tube junctions and the weld points at the top / seat tube and shock mount. http://momsenbikes.com/dev/wp-content/uploads/2015/09/MOMSEN-VIPA-AC-Side.jpg A pic of the welds on the head tube junction http://momsenbikes.com/dev/wp-content/uploads/2015/09/MOMSEN-VIPA-AC-ROCKSHOX-1920x900.jpg Adn the shock mount http://momsenbikes.com/dev/wp-content/uploads/2015/09/MOMSEN-VIPA-AC-Toptube-1920x900.jpg THIS one though... 8. He definitely won the internet with that one...
  9. Update: Still peeing like a racehorse, but the green tea fends off hunger really nicely. Still feeling alert, still peppy. Doing it as a daily mini-fast, and having one large meal a day - dinner. I have a feeling I'll be able to "control" myself far easier if there's only ever one meal to eat. That's been my downfall in recent attempts at "dieting" - just losing track of what I put in. Green tea throughout the morning, with normal water as well. Black coffee at around 11 or so - that really kicks off the main vein drain...
  10. Nah it's col. Heroin was a well known treatment back in the day. As was MDMA, Speed, cocaine etc...
  11. Just casualty cover - I'll know more when they give us the documentation & tech specs, which will happen (should happen) tomorrow. Right now, all we have is a description. Meeting with the rep tomorrow. The Scan cover is for co-payments that you'd normally have to pay from your own pocket, or MSA.
  12. R 200. It's built in to all their options, so the base option goes from R 150 to R 200 as of 1st Jan. Their claims over the last year have been huuuuge. They've paid out 18% more than their premium takings were...
  13. I've got that to look forward to week after next. Best thing is that I've already DONE the qualification already. Just that I need to do it all over again 'cos UNISA won't release the credit certificate I need to do my RPL course. So... All over again.
  14. This was a series that I got into but then fell behind. I think a re-watch is in order, it certainly was good!
